Our step-by-step build process is designed to keep things clear and manageable from start to finish. We begin with aligning your vision and budget, move into thoughtful planning and documentation, and then guide construction through a structured schedule with consistent communication. By focusing on preparation and organization upfront, we create a smoother building experience with fewer surprises along the way.

Consultation

During this meeting, we discuss your target budget, land status and surveys, floor plan ideas, desired timeline, and financing plan. We also review how our builder warranties work and what you can expect throughout the process. The goal of this conversation is to bring clarity to scope and expectations so we can determine if moving into a formal design agreement is the right next step.

Design & Planning

After signing the design agreement, we move into the design and planning phase. This includes conceptual floor plans, working with your design consultant on selections, reviewing surveys, identifying utilities, and monitoring estimated costs. Financing is secured and project details are finalized, leading to a final estimate and construction agreement.

Build

Once the construction agreement is signed, we begin building with a clear schedule and coordinated trade partners. We manage supervision, quality control, inspections, and milestone communication to keep the project running smoothly. Approved changes are documented and reviewed, ensuring transparency while delivering a well-built home that reflects the planning from earlier phases.
